FlexiLink

On May 4, seven new Flexilink services commenced across the Sunshine Coast, including: 

  • Buderim to Mountain Creek;
  • Conondale via Witta to Maleny;
  • Cooroy to Pomona;
  • Glenview Road to Mooloolah Valley;
  • Kenilworth to Mapleton;
  • Kunda Park to Mons; and
  • Peachester to Beerwah.

What is Flexilink?

  • Flexilink services operate similar to a bus as it follows a designated route and commuters will need to meet the vehicle along this route to use the service. The difference is passengers must book a seat at least 2 hours prior to travel. If there are no bookings, a vehicle will not be dispatched.

  • The Flexilink initiative is funded by the Public Transport Levy. Services are operated by clearly-marked taxi vehicles travelling on pre-booked, scheduled runs of three return trips per day, Monday to Saturday.

How do I book?

  • For bookings call: 1300 511 163.

  • You must book your seat 2 hours ahead of departure.

  • For the Conondale via Witta to Maleny and Peachester to Beerwah routes you must book your seat by 9pm the night before for the first morning services and 2 hours ahead of departure for all other services.

  • There are no designated stops along the route. At the time of booking Suncoast Cabs will advise you when and where along the route they can pick you up safety.
