If you lose something in one of  our taxi’s please contact the Call Centre on 131008 or 07 5441 8888. During peak times you will be put to a recording, where you leave your contact details and our Lost Property Officer will contact you in regards to your property. Cash – Australian currency only

Credit / Debit Cards –  Suncoast Cabs accepts

                                     Note: Card payments attract a 10% service fee on the total taxi fare. GST is inclusive for all cards except Cabcharge products which are not subject to GST. Acceptance is subject to conditions. 

Cab Charge E-tickets – We accept all forms of Cab Charge e-tickets.

Ride Pay – Pay via one of your registered Credit Cards on your Suncoast Cabs app even if you didn’t book it on your app. During the journey simply select ride pay in your app settings, enter the car number of the Taxi and select “retrieve my code”. Provide this code to the driver and the fare will automatically process on your selected registered card.

Suncoast Cabs Vouchers – Suncoast Cabs vouchers can be purchased in $5 and $10 lots from our administration offices. Please call 07 54418888 to enquire.

Suncoast Cabs Account – You can apply for a Corporate account with Suncoast cabs. Please call 07 54418851 to enquire. Conditions apply.
